Ben had been travelling for 6 months and came back with the intention of getting into the best shape he’d ever been in and ingraining healthier habits. He wanted to continue playing football twice a week, keep up with cardio and still wanted some flexibility with going out for drinks/meals. So we devised a structure accordingly that worked for him. During this process he had weekends away, alcohol on numerous occasions, as well as Birthday events, and we still got him the end result he wanted!



This is a CRAZY transformation for a 3 month time frame. Fat lost alongside muscle gained, but most importantly a healthier human with solid habits and so much more knowledge than he previously had. Ben trusted me 1000% and did everything I asked of him. Top tier discipline and dedication. He didn’t just say he wanted to change like many people, he was whole heartedly invested in this process and I could feel it, so as a result of that I gave him as much of my time, attention and knowledge as I could👊🏻 And couldn’t be more proud of this man.
Now the goal is to get his food as high as possible whilst maintaining his current look, to allow even more flexibility and leeway over the Christmas period. Then gaining some size in 2025!
Some people look at transformations and think ‘vanity’ or ‘ego’ is a driving factor in getting in shape and that couldn’t be further from the truth. When you commit to being healthier, more productive and more disciplined, it’s the person you become along the way that is most important and motivating. The appearance at the end is a great byproduct of that journey.
